They say the company owns several other mobile home parks in Genesee County. The park has been owned by Havenpark Management of Orem, Utah, for about a year, according to the residents. About 20 residents of South Valley Estates mobile home park in Flint Township have asked the Board of Trustees’ help in dealing with what they say are unreasonable demands from an absentee landlord.
